–1 1/2 lb. loaf:
9 oz Water ; (1 cup + 2 Tbl.)
2 tb Canola Oil
1 1/2 tb Honey
3 c All-purpose flour; or
-unbleached
— (13.5 – 14 oz)
3 tb NonFat Dry Milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Active Dry Yeast
