Cooking Live’s Basic Bread Crumb Coating

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c All-purpose flour
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1 c Fresh bread crumbs

Place each ingredient in a separate shallow bowl. Dip the item to be coated
in the flour, then the egg and lastly in the bread crumbs. Set the coated
item on a wax paper-lined plate or sheet pan and allow to dry for 5 minutes
before frying
