Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast
1 3/4 c Cornmeal; fine ground
1/8 c Gluten Flour, 100%
pn Ascorbic Acid
1 tb Skim Dry Milk; powder
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Butter Or Margarine
200 ml Water

Makes nice crisp toast.
