Cornbread Dressing

Ingrients & Directions


6 c Cornbread crumbs
2 c Biscuit crumbs
2 c Celery; chopped
1 L/2 c. onion; finely chopped
1/2 c Margarine or butter
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 1/2 tb Sage
1/3 c Water
2 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 Eggs; beaten

Combine bread & spices in lg. bowl. Set aside. Combine vegetables, butter &
water in me. pan, bring to a boil. Remove & add to bread mixture. Stir in
broth, oil & eggs. Pour in greased 13″ pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
