French Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Water
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
3 c Bread Flour
2 tb Parmesan Cheese
1 ts Garlic powder
2 1/4 ts Yeast

Add to machine according to your particular directions. Can be done in
machine or in a 350 oven. Makes 2 baguettes or 6 BIG sandwich buns. CQ’s
notes–My machine is a 1 pder (recipe is 1 1/2) but it will work if you
poke it down a bit during the rise time–dough cycle only. Onion powder
tastes really good too. I usually chuck in a couple of ice cubes during
baking (oven, not machine) as I’m too lazy to spritz the bread to get a
super crunchy crust. CUPONQUEN
