French Parmesan Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Quick Rolled Oats
1 1/2 c Boiling Water
1/2 ts Salt
1 Stick Oleo
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Chopped Nuts
1 ts Baking Soda
1 c White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon

-TOPPING MIX-
6 tb Butter
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Coconut
1 c Nuts

Cake: Mix rolled oats, boiling water and salt together and set aside to
cool. Mix together remaining ingredients and blend in with the rolled oats
mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping
mixture (below).

Topping Mix: Mix ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350
for 40 minutes. This recipe comes from “Our Favorite Recipes” Our Lady of
