Garlic Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Stick butter, softened
2 tb Minced parsley
Salt and pepper
1 Loaf Italian bread

Blend butter with garlic and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Set aside for 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice loaf lengthwise and spread generously with the herbed butter. Wrap in
foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until piping hot. Unwrap and serve.
