Guiness Oatmeal Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Bread flour — unbleached
1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
1 c Oatmeal, instant
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 tb Buttermilk, dried
1/2 c Flat Guiness stout — room
Temperature
3 tb Maple syrup
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Water — + 1 T
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Process as directed by machine manufacturer.
