Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1-POUND LOAF
1/2 c Canned pumpkin
1/3 c Half-and-half; light cream,
-or milk
1 Egg
1 tb Margarine or butter
2 c Bread flour
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dried basil; crushed
1/8 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
1 ts Yeast; active dry

FOR 1 1/2-POUND LOAF
3/4 c Canned pumpkin
1/2 c Half-and-half; light cream,
-or milk
1 Egg
2 tb Margarine or butter
3 c Bread flour
3 tb Brown sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried basil; crushed
1/4 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
1 ts Yeast; active dry
