4 c Unbleached flour — or
All-purpose
4 c Yellow cornmeal
2 c Nonfat dry milk — instant
OR
2 c Dry buttermilk powder
2/3 c Granulated sugar
4 tb Baking powder
1 tb Salt
1 tb Baking soda
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until
evenly distributed. Pour into a container with a 10-c capacity and a
tight fitting lid. Seal container;label with date and contents. Store in
a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12
Makes about 10 c of Homemade Cornbread Mix.
