Honey Pineapple Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Oil
1 c Honey
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
1 c Whole bran
1 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Finely chopped pineapple
3/4 c Chopped Macadamia nuts

Grease a 9×5″ loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl blend together the oil,
honey and egg. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran,
pineapple juice and pineapple. Mix until just blended. Fold in the
Macadamia nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350F oven
for 1 hour.

Makes 1 loaf, or 8 servings
