Italian-seasoned Breaded Vegetables

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Italian seasoned dry bread
-crumbs
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
6 c Assorted vegetables, such
-as –
Broccoli florets,carrot
-sticks, mushrooms,
Green or red pepper strips,
-yellow squash
And/or zucchini strips

Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag,
shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and
shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb
mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so
that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
