Leola’s Cornbread

FOR A STANDARD LOAF PAN
1 1/2 c Corn
1 c Flour
1 tb Sugar, you can omit it
-because of the small amount
1 ts Salt
1 tb Baking powder
6 tb Melted butter
7 tb Corn oil
1 1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs

Preheat oven 350 F Mix dry ingredients. Beat butter, oil milk and eggs. Add
into the dry mix Pour in a greased loaf pan Bake for about 40 mn Serve hot
with fresh butter.
