Liberian Banana Cream Of Wheat Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Cream of wheat
1 tb Sugar
4 ts Baking powder
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Mashed bananas
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Water
1 c Unsaturated oil

These recipes are from Liberia, Africa Mix dry ingredients together.
Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well. Bake in greased
8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 F. until knife stuck in center
of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool. Serves 4.
