Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 ts Dry Yeast
3/4 c Rye Flour
1 3/4 c Bread Flour
1/4 c Gluten Flour, 100%
1 ts Salt
1 tb Malt Syrup
1 c Water
1 ts Sugar
1 tb Oil

Chuck in. Press play. Add 3 tabs toasted sunflower seeds at the beep.
