Linda’s Broccoli Cornbread

Ingrients & Directions


1 Box frozen chopped broccoli;
-thawed and drained
1 md Onion; chopped
6 oz Cottage cheese
4 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Butter; melted
1 pk Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c Mozzarella or cheddar
-cheese; grated and softened
1/2 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced

One of my office mates brought a pan of this to work today! Make it as
soon as you can!

Spray a 8 inch or 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together all
ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35
minutes.
