Mustard-dill Bread

Ingrients & Directions


–1 pound:; 1 1/2 pound:
2/3 c Water; 1 cup
2 ts Dijon-style mustard; 1
-Tab.
1 tb Butter or margarine; 1T
3/4 ts Salt; 1 tsp.
1 1/2 c Bread flour; 2 1/4 cups
1/2 c Whole wheat flour; 3/4 cup
2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder; 3 T
2 ts Packed brown sugar; 1 Tab.
3/4 ts Dried dill weed; 1 tsp.
1 1/2 ts Yeast; 2 tsp.
–for bread machine

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding mustard with water.

Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting.
Timed-bake feature can be used.
