1 1/2 Lb Loaf:
1 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast
2 1/2 c Bread Flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour
1 tb Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted
1 tb Pine Nuts; Toasted
1 tb Poppy Seeds
1 tb Sunflower Seeds
1 tb Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 ts Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
2 tb Oil
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
Put all in according to your bread machine manufacturer’s directions and
bake on light crust.
I really like the flavor of this bread.
