3/4 c Water
1 1/2 c White bread flour
1/2 c Rye flour
1 1/2 tb Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
3/4 tb Butter
2 ts Cornmeal
1 ts Caraway seed
1 1/4 ts Yeast; rapid rise
–or 2 tsp regular yeast
