2 1/4 c Bisquick reduced fat baking
-mix
3/4 c Yoplait fat free plain
-yogurt
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley -or-
1 ts Dried parsley flakes
1 tb Chopped fresh or
1 ts Dried sage leaves
2 Eggs
1 Egg white
1 Clove garlic; finely
-chopped -or-
1/4 ts Garlic powder
HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease round pan, 8×1-1/2 inches.
MIX all ingredients with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spread in pan.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around side of loaf,
pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 1 loaf (16
wedges).
