Spiced Pepper/ Fennel Bread

Ingrients & Directions


Light whole wheat bread
-dough
2 ts Onion flakes
1 1/2 ts Black pepper
2 ts Fennel seed
2 ts Garlic powder

This recipe is for a 1.5 automatic breadmaker loaf, for 1 lb. loaf decrease
spices by 1/3. (or an oven bake recipe to make 1 lg. loaF: for oven baked
bread, follow the recipe that you use directions for kneading, yeast,
rising, & baking.

Use a recipe for a light whole wheat bread, add to the flour:2 teaspoons of
onion flakes,& 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper,2 teaspoons of Fennel Seed,& 2
teaspoons of garlic powder,& follow the recipe that you use.
