Yogurt Whole Wheat Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 Lb Loaf:; (1 Lb Loaf):
1 c Nonfat Yogurt; Plain, (3/4
-C)
1/2 c Water; (1/4 C)
1 1/2 tb Vegetable Oil; (1 T)
2 tb Maple Syrup; (1 1/2 T)
1 1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour; (1 1/8 C)
2 1/4 c Bread Flour; (1 2/3 C)
2 tb Wheat Germ; (1 1/2 T)
1 ts Salt; (1 T)
2 ts Active Dry Yeast; (1 1/2 T)

This bread is not quite as sweet as the typical whole wheat bread with
honey. You can definitely taste the yogurt and the maple syrup. It has a
nice flavor and is one of my favorites.
