Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Lemon cake mix
3 oz Instant Coconut Pudding
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 c Hot water
1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased
and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool in pans before
removing

Per serving: 702 Calories; 71g Fat (89% calories from fat); 14g Protein; 5g
Carbohydrate; 362mg Cholesterol; 115mg Sodium
