3/4 c Water
1/3 c Molasses
2 tb Butter (you can halve this
-amount with good results)
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c Rye flour
1 1/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast
