1 Long French stick loaf
1 c Pasta sauce, any variety
1 c Sliced pepperoni
1/2 c Each red & green pepper
-strips
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 400F. Cut French stick into 1 inch slices, cutting only 3/4
of the way through the bread. Spread pasta sauce on each slice of bread.
Tuck pepperoni and pepper strips into each cut. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese and mozzarella cheese. Wrap filled bread in foil. Bake 15 minutes.
