1 Box lemon cake mix
1 Box instant lemon pudding
-(or coconut cream)
4 Eggs
1 c Hot water
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Poppy seed
1 ts Lemon or orange extract
-(optional)
1/2 c Nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2
greased and floured bread pans (9x5x3″). Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
