4 Boneless skinless chicken -Herb with Red Pepper Soup
-breast halves (about 1 lb) -Mix
3 tb Margarine or butter, melted 1/2 c Plain dry bread crumbs
1 pk Lipton Recipe Secrets Fiesta
Preheat oven to 350’F.
Dip chicken in melted margarine, then fielta herb with red pepper
soup mix combined with bread crumbs. In 13×9″ baking or roasting pan,
arrange chicken; drizzle with remaining margarine. Bake 20 minutes or
until done.
Variation: For CHEESY CHICKEN BREASTS, substitute 1/4 cup grated
Parmesan cheese for bread crumbs.
