Jalapeno Corn Bread Sticks

Ingrients & Directions


-Belle Bestor 375 ea Oven. Grease corn stick
1/3 c Vegetable oil -pans.
1 ea Egg 1 T Baking powder
1 1/4 c Milk 1 t Salt
1 T Louisiana Hot Sauce 2 T Jalapeno pepper; minced
Green 1 T Red bell pepper; minced
1 c Yellow cornmeal 1 T Green onion; minced,
1 c Flour -part only

Mix together oil, egg, milk, and hot sauce. Stir in other ingredients
in order listed. Do not overmix. Spoon into corn stick pans. Bake
until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. “Lee Bailey’s New Orleans”
