Ingrients & Directions
1 1/3 c Water 2 2/3 c Bread flour
5 tb Margerine; or butter 1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Eggs; optional 5 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 tb Sugar 2 1/2 ts Yeast
2 ts Salt
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Bake on medium color setting.
Add 1t gluten for each cup of flour.
