Orange-whole Wheat Breakfast Bread

Ingrients & Directions


12 1/2 oz Water 1 tb Sugar
1 tb Softened Margarine or Butter 1 t Salt
1 c Bread Flour 1 t Grated Orange Peel
2 tb Wheat Germ 1 1/4 t Bread Machine Yeast
1 tb Dry Milk

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. DO NOT
USE DELAY CYCLES. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Per 2 oz. slice: Calories 160, protein 5g, Carbohydrate 28g, fat 3g,
Cholestrol 0, Sodium 290mg
