Sweet Corn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
1 c Yellow cornmeal
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Evaporated milk
3/4 c Milk
1 Stick melted butter
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla

Combine first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together evaporated
milk, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Pour liquid ingredients into dry
ingredients and blend. Pour batter into buttered 9-inch square pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
