1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 c Green onions; thinly sliced
3 cl Garlic; minced
1 French bread loaf; halved
1/3 c Fresh parsley; optional
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:25 Mix mayonnaise, cheese,
onions and garlic; spread on bread halves. If desired, sprinkle with
parsley and paprika. Wrap each half in foil. Refrigerate for 1 to 2
hours or freeze. Unwrap and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for
8 to 10 minutes (20 to 25 minutes if frozen) or until puffed but not
brown. Cut into slices.
