Corn Bread Topping

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Self-rising flour*
3/4 c Cornmeal
1/4 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg

For corn bread topping, mix flour, cornmeal and sugar in medium bowl
with spoon. Mix milk, oil and egg; stir into flour mixture just until
moisted.

*If using all-purpose flour, add in 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp
salt with the flour.
