3 c Bread flour; (2 cups)
1/3 c Cornmeal; (1/4 cups)
2 1/2 tb Sugar; (4 tsp)
1 1/4 ts Sage; (3/4 tsp)
1 1/2 ts Salt; (1 1/4 tsp)
1 ts Celery seed; (3/4 tsp)
1/8 ts Ginger; (pinch)
1/8 ts Marjoram; (pinch)
1 c Evaporated milk; 80
-deg,(2/3 cups)
1/3 c Water; 80 deg,(1/3 cups)
1 tb Oil; 80 deg,(2 tsp)

SETTING: White Bread, LIGHT
10 o’clock
