1/4 c Whole-wheat flour
2 3/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1 tb Sour cream
1/2 c Cottage cheese
1 Egg
2 tb Butter
2 tb Honey
2 oz Warm water
1 lb LOAF—–
1 ts Active dry yeast
1/4 c Whole-wheat flour

6 tb Cottage cheese
1 Egg
1 tb Butter

1 1/2 oz Milk — warmed
