Cranberry Apple Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Unbleached flour
3/4 c Brown sugar — packed
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/8 ts Cloves
1/2 c Applesauce — at room
Temperature
2 Egg whites — whipped
1/3 c Skim milk — at room
Temperature
3/4 c Cranberries — chopped fine
3/4 c Apples — chopped

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9×5″ loaf pan with cooking spray and flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda,
salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine
applesauce, egg whites, milk, cranberries, and apples. Pour batter into
prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
