1 1/8 c Water
1 1/2 tb Miso
1 1/2 tb Honey
2 1/3 tb Wheat germ
1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; optional (up
-to 3)
1/4 c Soy flour
3 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk
2 ts Yeast
