Easy Banana Bread

Ingrients & Directions


4 lg Eggs
1 pk (2-layer-size) yellow cake
-mix without pudding
1 pk (4-serving-size) instant
-banana pudding mix
1 c Water
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Chopped nuts
3 Bananas; mashed

Grease 2 (8 1/4-by-4 1/2-by-3-inch) loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs, then add dry cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Mix well. Add
nuts and bananas. Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour or until bread
tests done. Cool in pans on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool
completely on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
