Ingrients & Directions
3/4 c Milk
2 Eggs
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Butter
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Yeast
Here’s a couple of my favorites from “Bread Machine Magic” — the
measurements are for 1-1/2# loaves.
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting & press
start. After the baking cycle, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack &
allow to cool 1hr. before slicing.
