Pumpkin Bread #01

Ingrients & Directions


3 1/2 c Flour
2 -(up to)
2 1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Allspice
1 ts Nutmeg
2 c Pumpkin
1 c Oil
2/3 c Water
4 Eggs

Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, oil and water.
Beat eggs and add to oil mixture. Make a well in flour mixture. Add oil
mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9×5 loaf
pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Cool 10 minutes before
removing from pan. Cool on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
