Quick Lemonaide Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn Frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Milk
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs

Cream sugar and shortening, add all but the lemonade, Mix 1 Tablespoon of
the defrosted lemonade with remaining ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at
350 for 50-60 min. When done pour 1/3 cup of the concentrate over it
allowing the concentrate to soak in. Hint: It will soak in better if you
poke holes in it with a fork.
