Bread Pudding

Ingrients & Directions


7 qt Bread Cubes
2 qt Heavy Cream
2 c Sugar
1 c Margarine, Melted
2 tb Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 qt Whole Milk
12 Eg

Heat milk and cream (Do NOT boil) Cream margarine,sugar,eggs,and vanilla.
Add hot milk and cubed bread, pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 Degrees
Fahrenheit until done(aprox 40 min.)

VARIATION: Banana Bread Pudding : ADD 15 ripe bananas before creaming
margarine, sugar mixture

Serving Ideas : Top with fresh fruit or whipped topping
