Ingrients & Directions
1 Pie crust (regular or graham
-cracker)
1 lb Tofu, cut up and drained
1 1/2 tb Oil
1/3 c Plus 2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Drained vrushed pineapple
3/4 c Shredded unsweetened coconut
Tofu makes this a healthy dessert without sugar. Great for people on
restricted diets.
Blend well all ingredients. Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes. Let
cool to set.
