Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
3 c Flour
1 1/4 ts Baking soda
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
3 Whole eggs — well beaten
1 c Oil
1 1/4 ts Vanilla
2 c Zucchini — grated

With electric mixer, combine first seven ingredients. Then add eggs, oil,
vannilla, and zucchini. Mix well.

Divide mixture into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 degrees for approx.
1 hour or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.

Cool on rack. Can be frozen if required.
