Broccoli Corn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 Eggs
1 c Cottage cheese
1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli;
-thawed
3/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Marg. melted; divided
2 pk Corn bread mix

from Taste of Home

In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion,
6Tbl. of marg and corn bread mix. Beat well, pour remaing butter into 10″
ovenproof skillet: pour batter into skillet. Bake @350F for 40-45 minutes
or until golden brown. Cut into wedges, serve warm. 12-16 serving.
