Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Water
1 Egg
3 c Bread or all purpose flour
3 tb Wheat germ
2 tb Instant potato flakes
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Oil
3 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Yeast
Place all ingredients in machine according to Manufacturer’s instructions.
Choose light Crust setting. Cool 1 hour BEFORE slicing.
TIP: For a variation, or Cheese Buttermilk Bread, add:
1/2 cup sharp white cheddar, grated omit butter omit honey
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
