Caper Olive Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 LB LOAF
1 c WATER; (1-1/3 C.)
2 tb OLIVE OIL; (3 T.)
1/3 c Fresh PARSLEY; (1/2 C.)
2 ts SUGAR; (1 T.)
1 ts SALT; (1-1/2 tsp.)
1 1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour; (2 C.)
1 1/2 c Bread FLOUR; (2 C.)
1 1/2 ts YEAST; (2-1/2 tsp)
1/3 c CAPERS; (1/2 C.)
1/3 c Pitted GREEN OLIVES; (1/2
-C.)

Bake Accord to Manuf. Instruct. Add OLIVES and CAPERS five minutes before
the final kneading is finished.
