Ingrients & Directions


9 oz Water; (see note)
1 1/2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dill seed
1 1/4 ts Dill weed
1 ts Caraway seed
1 ts Fennel seed
1/4 ts White pepper
1 tb Sugar
3 c Bread flour
2 tb Dry milk powder
1/2 ts Dough enhancer; (optional)
1 ts SAF yeast or 1-1/2 tsp Red
-Star yeast; (see note)

Add the ingredients to your bread pan in the order given for your
particular machine.

Note: The water and yeast may have to be adjusted according to the
personality of your ABM.
