Ingrients & Directions
1/4 c Matzo meal 1/4 c Pecan nuts, ground
1/2 c Cake flour 1/3 c Oil
1/2 ts Salt Cold water
2 ts Sugar
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and, with a fork or pastry blender,
mix in oil and just enough water to make a moist dough. Pat into a 9″
(1 L) pie plate and bake at 400 degF (200 degC) for 10 minutes or
until brown.
