Ground pistachios and almond extract flavor this creation, which goes
best with a pistachio crust, of course!
Add 1/2 cup finely ground, lightly toasted, unsalted, natureal
pistachios, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1/2 tsp almond extract and 3-4 drops
green food coloring to basic batter at end. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake as directed. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
